Description and Requirements

工作内容：

    1. 监控项目团队的交付进度和质量，带领交付团队完成SAP的项目实施以及团队的日常管理工作
    2. 负责SAP Basis服务的日常运维并与主要利益相关者进行服务审查
    3. 重大事件的协调、沟通和复盘；
    4. 熟悉行业最佳实践，能独立出具整体解决方案，针对业务的核心需求，有较好的引导力；
    5. 根据相关合同和SOW设计，部署和安排项目进度，支持和指导项目团队完成项目交付并获得客户的认可；
    6. 在项目执行过程中与客户紧密联系，确保项目的顺利实施，并协助销售团队完成货款回收，建设性地处理客户投诉；
    7. 协助销售团队完成投标阶段的投标准备、投标咨询、投标等工作，协助收集行业最新资讯，为SAP售前工作提供指导和建议；
    8. 良好的领导力和沟通协调能力，能够确保并持续提高交付团队的入住率，规范项目方案和项目管理方法，制定成功的交付流程并顺利实施；
    9. 良好定期组织会议，总结和汇报工作进度，根据政策控制项目成本预算，完成交付团队的绩效评估

任职要求：

1、具备良好的客户服务意识和跨团队沟通协调能力。
2、具备良好的沟通技能和团队管理能力
3、对ITIL有深刻的理解
4、5-10年的SAP相关从业经验，拥有1个以上超大型项目交付管理经验
5、本科及以上学历
6、良好的英语听说读写能力
