Description and Requirements

工作内容：

1．参与设计和开发AIOPS平台，包含监控，自动化,CMDB等模块。 

2．使用Java、Python，Ansible，Shell脚本等编程语言实现自动化运维任务。 

3．支持内部IT平台运维&运营工作。 

4．持续跟踪最新的AIOPS技术和工具，并进行技术栈更新；

任职要求：

1．计算机科学或相关领域的本科及以上学历。
2．至少2-5年的IT运维平台和自动化开发经验。
3．熟练编写Shell脚本，具备自动化任务和流程的能力。
4．JAVA基础扎实, 理解io、多线程、集合等基础框架，对JVM原理有一定的了解. 3年以上Java语言为主的大中型软件开发经验
5．数据结构和算法基础扎实，熟悉操作系统、网络、数据库相关知识
6．熟练使用各种Java Web开发的框架和库，如：Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、JOOQ、MyBatis等.
7．熟练使用开发中可能会用到的各种工具，如：git、maven、gradle等；
8．熟练使用Mysql/Postgresql,Reids,MQ等常用数据库和组件.
9．熟练使用Java各种排查问题的工具，思维清晰，能够快速准确的定位问题。
10．具有较强的主观能动性，良好的英语读写能力，能够使用英语进行技术交流；

具有以下经验者优先：
1.有Go,Python开发经验者优先。
2.熟悉Docker, K8S等相关技术的优先。
3.有ITTL最佳实践的经验优先。
4.熟悉基础设施底层原理：如硬件服务器，网络设备，存储，数据库，中间件等。
5.有Prometheus、ELK、Zabbix等监控组件使用和开发经验的优先。
