Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

a.担任function 团队财务BP，与高层管理人员和全球团队合作

b.规划和预算建模，以提高资源效率并优化资源分配。

c.根据既定时间表制定并完成预算，并与公司战略和目标保持一致。

d.建立费用管理模型。识别并提出节约成本、优化费用结构、提高效率的建议。

岗位要求：

1. 统招本科以上学历，财务相关专业

2.良好沟通技巧和多任务处理能力，能够明确识别、沟通和跟踪各预算团队的职责和所需交付成果

3.较高的英语听说读写能力，可以与海外同事无障碍沟通

4.能够准备与高管级别的汇报材料

5.能够应对压力并接受不断的变化。
