Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1. 负责3到5年的数字转型路线图，以建立行业最佳的数字供应链。
2. 与公司数字化转型和IT团队合作，推动供应链数字化转型。
3.作为转型引擎和转型领导者，负责设计和审查转型解决方案
4.负责梳理数字转型计划，以实现战略和业务效益要求
5. 负责项目的项目管理（如需要）

岗位要求：

1. 5年以上供应链管理和转型管理经验，供应链管理学士学位或同等学历优先。
2. 熟悉供应链行业数字化转型最佳实践和基准，掌握数字化转型的方法和技术
3.有高科技或领先转型公司工作经验，具有领导复杂转型的经验。
4.掌握BPR、大数据分析、区块链和AI使用方法。
5 具备领导能力和良好的英语沟通能力
6. 有项目管理专业（PMP）证书者优先。硕士优先。
7.有转型顾问经验者优先。
