Why Work at Lenovo
Description and Requirements
About Our Team
We are looking for a Performance Engineer to run hands‑on performance and latency tests for Qira on physical devices in our Chicago office lab. This role focuses on collecting accurate performance measurements, running structured test plans, and reporting results to engineering teams. It is a hybrid position due to the need to handle hardware, test stands, and controlled device environments.
Qira is Lenovo’s cross‑device Personal AI that works across phones, PCs, and other Lenovo and Motorola products. Qira combines on‑device and cloud intelligence to provide fast, consistent, and reliable AI responses. The Qira engineering team builds and tests the full system behind this experience, including device software, cloud services, and AI components
Location: San Jose, CA OR Chicago, IL, Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)
What You'll Do
