Description and Requirements

Job Description:

  1. Conduct comprehensive and targeted market research to identify target user groups and plan products (including hardware specifications, target costs, and retail prices, software functions, experience goals, etc.) based on users' core needs. Drive corresponding R&D organizations to confirm technology selection and business management departments to determine launch timelines, promotion strategies, and channel layouts.
  2. Based on the product lifecycle and sales forecasts, quickly coordinate with R&D, marketing, operations, and other departments to promptly determine product response strategies and a series of related product management activities. Enhance user experience and drive the realization of the company's strategic goals.
  3. Currently seeking a Super PM focused on the high-end product segment to explore numerous future possibilities in the mobile productivity sector together!

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Design, or related fields.
  2. Work Experience: At least 8 years of experience in the electronics or mobile internet industry, with rich experience in software/OS products and user experience, as well as a background in hardware products.
  3. Professional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industry trends, technical architectures, user behaviors, and market strategies in terminal product sectors; familiarity with product development processes, project management methods, and quality management systems.
  4. Leadership: Possess excellent team leadership and project management skills, able to inspire team potential and drive efficient team operations.
  5. Market Sensitivity: Maintain a high degree of sensitivity to market changes and accurately grasp market trends and user needs.
  6. Innovative Thinking: Possess innovative and forward-thinking abilities, capable of continuously exploring new product directions and technological applications.
  7. Excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as cross-departmental collaboration abilities, to efficiently drive cross-departmental project cooperation.
  8. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities for international communication.

1 通过全面且有针对性地市场调查,确定目标用户群并根据用户的核心需求来规划产品(包含硬件规格及目标成本和零售价格,软件功能、体验目标等),推动相应的研发组织确认技术选择,并推动业务管理部门确定上市时间、推广策略以及渠道布局;

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历,计算机科学、电子工程、工业设计或相关专业;

2、工作经验:至少8年以上电子产品或移动互联网行业工作经验,在软件/OS产品及体验上有丰富经验,同时具备硬件产品背景;

3、专业知识:深入了解终端类产品行业趋势、技术架构、用户行为及市场策略;熟悉产品开发流程、项目管理方法及质量管理体系;

4、领导能力:具备出色的团队领导力和项目管理能力,能够激发团队潜能,推动团队高效运作;

5、市场敏锐度:对市场变化保持高度敏感,能够准确把握市场趋势和用户需求;

6、创新思维:具有创新思维和前瞻性思维,能够不断探索新的产品方向和技术应用;

7、优秀的沟通协调能力和跨部门协作能力,能够高效推动跨部门项目合作;

8、良好的英语听说读写能力,进行国际交流。
