Description and Requirements
Monitor Product & supplier quality management.
Supplier audit - factory onsite audit, quality management ability review, etc.
Production-line quality management – Process controlling and tracking the solution effective of daily production quality problems, and implementation of corrective and preventive measures, formulation of supplier quality improvement plans, and on-site follow-up when necessary.
NPI quality management - Quality management of new project stage for monitor products.
Field quality performance - Analyzing the AFR/yield rate of quality problems, organizing improvement plans, and making corresponding supplier development plans.
Issue handling - Field user quality problem handling and solution effective tracking.
Digital transformation - Supplier automation and digital transformation improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, electronics, mechanical, or related field.
English Daily Communication, good at Chinese is preferred.
6+ years or above quality management experience, familiar with monitor/TV/LCD process and key points of quality control, with LCD/monitor/TV factory quality management experience is preferred.
4Good communication, organization and team management skills, communication and coordination with R&D, procurement, products, projects and other cross-departments, regular and irregular quality communication, and coordination meetings with suppliers. Good at Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and office software.
