Description and Requirements



Preferred location for the role is Glasgow, Scotland.

The Product Technical Specialist will report to the Product Technical Lead, within the ISG Product Category office, and will drive alignment across the product management including market specialization, lifecycle & portfolio including NPI working closely with the Product and Segment teams. This role provides highly technical support to ISO organizations.   

  

Responsibilities:

Product Specialization

  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, onboarding documentation, deployment guides, and standard operating procedures. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
  • Design, develop, and implement processes, systems, and technology to support and enhance the technical support function, including workflow and incident management.

Product Lifecycle & Portfolio

  • Execute E2E Portfolio to maximize opportunities and meet Asp objectives
  • Engage with Segment and ISG Product team on specific product requirements
  • Manage “Top-Choice”/Tower/Rack life-cycle
  • Support alignment with key Partners (AMD, Intel, NVIDIA, Broadcom, etc.) on features and functionality

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • At least 2 years previous technical experience in Product, Product Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Entrepreneurship and with a high degree of self-motivation and drive
  • Proficiency in Excel, and other office applications
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Expert on server technology and related ecosystem
