Description and Requirements

We’re seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between teams, timelines, and business objectives. You’ll orchestrate execution, remove blockers, and maintain visibility for key programs—from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership: Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring projects meet deadlines, scope, and quality standards.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge gaps between Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to keep priorities synchronized.

  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements (e.g., agile rituals, tools, communication flows).

  • Risk Management: Proactively flag dependencies, resource constraints, or timeline risks with mitigation plans.

  • Reporting & Metrics: Track progress, report KPIs to leadership, and translate insights into action.

  • Change Management: Guide teams through pivots or scaling efforts with minimal disruption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in program/project management, preferably in tech or product-driven environments.

  • Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence).

  • Strong stakeholder management—able to influence without authority.

  • Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking success metrics.

  • Excellent communication (English + [other if needed]) for global teams.

  • Bonus: PMP/CSPO certification or experience with [specific domain, e.g., SaaS, hardware].
