Description and Requirements

Join Lenovo’s NCSC Whitsett Site as a Program Manager supporting projects, factory enablement, and PMO activities. This role will help drive projects forward, support the broader team, and develop an understanding of end-to-end factory processes.

 

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, including CPT or OPT.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Translating raw project data into actionable insights, executive summaries, and performance dashboards.
  • Program Oversight: Monitoring financial spending, budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation across various workstreams.
  • Process Optimization: Identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending methodologies to improve workflow.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with teams across the campus to support projects and PMO activities.
  • Available to travel 3~6 months to Mexico

 

Basic Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with project-management tools and practices.
  • Ability to work onsite at the NCSC Whitsett site Monday through Friday.
  • Availability to participate in rotational training in Monterrey, Mexico, for approximately three to six months.
  • Ability to provide occasional overtime or weekend support.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • A specialization, certification, or academic focus in project management.
  • Knowledge of PMI project-management practices.
