Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead and support strategy initiatives to address CEO and senior executive imperatives  
  2. Lead analysis of industry trends and competitor actions on current strategy and business focus
  3. Support Strategy Director and Senior Manager to provide analysis and insight, deep dive critical strategic questions at the corporate level 
  4. Work closely with BU and Geo colleagues to drive initiatives and alignment 
  5. Prepare critical-level presentation on multiple strategic forums

  

Job Requirements

  1. Strong analytical skill and hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills
  2. Detailed oriented, and possess a strong capability of critical thinking to solve complex issues 
  3. Team player with demonstrated leadership skills
  4. Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills, both in Mandarin and English; Overseas experience is a plus
  5. Candidate MUST have 2-3 years of experience from top consulting companies with solid performance track record; Experience in strategy positions in Multi-national corporate companies of technology or consumer sectors is a plus. Successful candidates should possess a strong passion for technology
