Description and Requirements

岗位职责:
1. 核心决策与沟通：作为项目核心，负责整体决策，搭建内外沟通桥梁，保障信息准确高效流通。
2. 客户服务与战略引导：深度参与客户服务，制定战略计划，明确目标和时间安排，为项目团队服务客户提供指导，推动产品落地。
3. 跨团队战略协同：促进跨职能团队战略沟通，确保研发、测试、生产等环节信息通畅，保障项目全生命周期无缝衔接。
4. 关键问题攻克与决策：主导解决技术和管理难题，组织团队研讨，及时决策，保障项目高效推进。
5. 团队协调与指标监控：协调团队成员，依据客户需求和项目特点建立并监控关键指标，关注客户满意度，为产品优化提供依据。
6. 合同谈判支持：参与重大合同谈判，凭借专业知识和经验，为谈判团队提供技术和商务支持，争取有利条款。
7. 业务拓展推动：研究市场和客户需求，寻找业务增长机会，推动业务拓展，赢得更多市场份额。
8. 商业提案助力：结合市场趋势和公司优势，为业务提供商业提案支持，助力公司在竞争中脱颖而出。
9. 项目全流程管理：组织汽车电子项目开发，监控从评估到交付的全流程，整理项目文件资料，协调公司资源，参考专业意见做出决策，跟踪问题解决，汇报项目状态。
10. 团队管理：维护团队成员稳定性，协调处理团队内部矛盾冲突。

岗位要求:
1. 教育背景：汽车、电子、机械、自动化控制等相关领域本科及以上学历，硕士学位或 MBA 优先。
2. 工作经验：至少 5 年汽车电子产品研发项目管理经验，具备完整研发到量产经验，有汽车一级供应商量产经验者优先。
3. 专业技能：深入了解汽车自动驾驶域控制器产品设计全流程，熟悉 APQP、PPAP 等工具，掌握硬件电路、结构设计知识。熟悉 ISO9001、IATF16949 等流程要求，以及整车厂相关工具，了解 DFMEA、AutoSAR 架构。具备出色的组织和沟通能力，熟练使用 Microsoft Project 软件。
4. 行业经验：有 ADAS 相关行业经验优先。
5. 语言能力：英语流利，适应全球化工作环境。
6. 个人特质：工作细致、积极主动、坚持不懈，具备良好学习能力和抗压能力，有较强的领导才能。
7. 证书：有 PMP 证书者优先。
