Regional Sales Manager- EA
Territory: North & East
Portfolio: Desktop, Laptops, Workstations, Services, Software, Servers, Peripherals and Industry solutions to enterprise customers.
Job Summary:
We at Lenovo need a motivated Sales leader to oversee our Enterprise Accounts and Sales team present in above territory. The successful candidate needs to have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in meeting sales & revenue targets, developing a strong engaged team and maintaining a delighted/engaged CXO base. We’re looking for a professional who has experience managing teams and maximizing productivity. The ability to work independently is essential. Candidate needs to be well connected with CXO’s office in top key Enterprise accounts with key focus on developing Hardware and Solutions based outcomes to address key pain areas/requirements of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase participation/representation in EA. Drive teams for 100% engagement with all customers for PC’s, Services and Servers.
- Increase standards of our customer engagement and build a sustainable business model.
- Provide training and development for the sales team on regular basis to help them address newer market challenges
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely BMS discussions with supporting data points to help management take a quick business summary view of region.
- Maximize sales and profitability in the region.
- Set sales targets for individual locations.
Key Skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills.
- At least 15+ years experience in sales and/10+ years in people management.
- Must have a Master’s degree in business, marketing field with technical background in Bachelor’s degree from reputed college.
- Willing to travel as per business requirements.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
