Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

Position Description

1. 负责服务器产品的可靠性测试验证工作；

2. 解决可靠性设计验证过程中的问题与测试数据分析；

3. 可靠性测试流程建立与持续优化

4. 负责可靠性测试及相关测试工具开发及管理，测试用例的开发和维护；

5. 安排和协调实验室可靠性试验计划，根据项目进度要求完成试验并及时出具报告；

6. 维护和更新测试标准，对新产品新技术制定相应的测试标准；

Position Requirements

相关经验及要求:

1. 本科及以上学历，英语六级及以上，口语阅读流利；

2. 5年以上可靠性领域工作经验；

3. 熟悉可靠性基本理论、可靠性相关测试方法及国标，IEC，美军标等标准；

4. 有较强的沟通能力和协调能力；

5. 工作积极主动，拥有良好的项目管理能力和抗压性，责任心强；

6. 对服务器产品结构和相关部件的结构有深入了解，有可靠性验证经验；
