Description and Requirements
The Revenue Enablement Success Manager will play a critical role in driving the adoption and effectiveness of sales tools and enablement content across Lenovo's global markets. This individual will be responsible for identifying, tracking, and analyzing sales success metrics and providing actionable insights to improve sales performance, optimize tool efficiency, and enhance engagement mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Metrics & Tool Adoption Analysis: Identify, track, and analyze sales success metrics, focusing on the adoption, usage, and efficiency of sales tools and platforms, such as Highspot, to enhance sales team performance.
- Enablement Content Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of sales enablement content, providing data-driven insights to optimize training materials, content usage, and engagement across various sales teams and regions.
- Insights & Recommendations: Deliver actionable insights to the business by analyzing sales tool engagement and identifying areas of opportunity, best practices, and next-best actions to drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and execution.
- Sphere Platform Insights: Monitor and track the metrics, results, and outputs derived from The Sphere (Lenovo’s sales platform), ensuring that insights are effectively actioned upon and drive meaningful business impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with multiple departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to align on common sales success metrics and promote the seamless adoption of best practices across the organization.
- International Market Analysis: Deliver insightful analysis on the effectiveness of revenue enablement strategies and initiatives across Lenovo’s international markets, ensuring that global strategies are tailored to local contexts.
You'll bring:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- English spoken & written
- Proven experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or related roles with a strong focus on data analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work in ambiguity, develop processes from scratch, and drive enablement strategies forward.
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across departments and global teams using data-driven insights.
- High degree of organization and attention to detail.
- Experience working in international markets and cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot) and data analysis tools.
Preferred Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or revenue strategy roles.
- Proven track record of improving sales tool adoption, efficiency, and overall sales performance.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales platforms, and digital transformation strategies.
