Description and Requirements
• Expert level troubleshooting and working experience on any one of Software Distribution tool (SCCM 2007 /SCCM 2012.)
• Excellent Knowledge on Windows OS and Ability to create SQL queries
• Proven knowledge on incident management, handling customer escalations and ability to handle complex issue on Release, OSD and Infrastructure.
• Flexible to work on 24X7 basis, Ability to write the process / ITSM Documents and KBs, Good knowledge on AD and different AD groups, infrastructure knowledge on the SWD tool.
• Ability to work on Package Distribution, Patch management and release management troubleshooting
• Effectively handle all the ITIL Process Especially Escalated Incident Management/Change Management and Problem Management
• Develop, standardize and implement Microsoft SCCM solutions
• Designing and Deploying medium to large scale SCCM environments (Single to multi-tier sites)
• Assess and Analyze current SCCM environment and provide migration/upgrade solution from SCCM 2007 to SCCM 2012/CB
• Prepare high level architecture solution for SCCM environment.
• Interacts with the Chief engineer to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context and organizational strategic direction
• Perform product assessments and make recommendation
• Coordinates and collaborates with others in analysing collected requirements to ensure plans and identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations
• Understands and uses the appropriate tools to analyse, identify and resolve business and/or technical problems. Establishes and maintains security, integrity and business continuity controls and documents
• Provide integrated solution using the existing System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) with 3rd party products.
• Superior knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2007 and 2012/CB
• Must have knowledge and experience in Windows 2000 - 2012 Server & Windows XP/7/8/10
