Description and Requirements

The EMEA eCommerce SMB Coach and Campaign Manager has a dual role within the eCommerce Inside Sales organistion. From one side is to support the SMB sales team coaching them, spotting knowledge gaps and coordinating trainings to cover those gaps. This also includes taking over the onboarding process of the sales reps joining the team. The other role is to coordinate a calendar with EMEA of campaigns that can be run on each sales rep portfolio of customers.

What you’ll do

  • Coach: Making sure that there is a clear skills gap analysis on the floor. What trainings / coaching needs to happen and when. This involves seating with sales reps, listening calls and coaching them in person. From this analysis, a training plan should come up and agreed with managers. The coach responsibility is to own the plan and make sure that it’s executed.
  • Onboarding: Periodically, we have new Lenovo’ers joining the EMEA eCommerce team. Your responsibility is to plan and execute the onboarding sessions for Inbound and Outbound teams. This includes ensuring new hires have technical help for setup, deliver product updates and coordinate their sales training.
  • Campaign Manager: For SMB be successful, the SMB team needs to execute on different campaigns during the year. These sales campaigns are targeted campaigns with specific messages to a set of portfolio’s customers of the sales reps. The role of the Campaign Manager is to define a quarterly plan, align that plan with EMEA eCommerce marketing, set up the campaign with the SMB Sales reps and summarized the results.

What success looks like?

As a coach, be able to measure how the sales reps’ skills have improved over time (KPIs that could have an impact, Average Order Value, Portfolio coverage).

Onboard new starters. Make sure that they get up and running after all the training received.

As a Campaign Manager, own a calendar of campaigns, make sure that they are executed and review the results with the Management team.

Job requirements

  • BS or BA degree; or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years previous Inside Sales coaching / Trainer experience required.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, inside sales and IT sales experience preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills with strong Powerpoint and Excel skills.
  • Multilingual, excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage the complexity of both roles simultaneously.
  • Experience of working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
