Description and Requirements
岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:
Product lifecycle Mgmt.:
1.Work with PM/PO to define product lifecycle
2.Monitor and track each key component supply trends & cost trends, ensure supply & cost competitiveness on each product
3.Regular track GEO demand loading & product line forecast in total if match with sales target, work with GEOs and GSC to load demand on time, work with PO to push GEOs for demand loading to match target
4.SMB product box long term forecast projection output to IBP team
5.GEO PRG guidance release
6.During each product lifecycle, work with GSC/ODT to ensure tooling & production capacity to match with sales target
7.Manage product & SBB parts complexity and drive efficiency enhancement
Product Transition Management
1.Lead team on product transition guidance release & regular update
2.Directly work with GEOs and PM to align product transition plan & new products ramp up plan
3.End-of-life product demand and supply management for smooth Gen-to-gen transition.
4.Excess & liabilities management to minimize business risk
Co-work with GSC to Maximize CA:
1.Co-work with PO to get quarterly business and order loading plan, driver GEO orders to match with supply/OEM capacity
2.Co-work with IBP/GCM/GSM/OE to match supply with CA target, match supply with order loading to maximize SMB CA
岗位要求/Job Requirements:
Education and Experience
1.Bachelor's degree & above
2.Previous operations management or business planning related experience, quantitative and business analysis skills
3.Project management skills
