Support Lenovo’s transformation to a services-led business. Join us as Services & Solutions Leader for Central Eastern Europe and Central Asia MARKET. You will be responsible for leading a sales organization of experienced solutions and services sellers for Lenovo’s Services & Solutions Business in Central Eastern Europe and Central Asia. You will report directly to the EMEA Services Sales Leader and be responsible for driving solutions and services sales growth across our EPS, SMB, Channel, and Consumer business while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. You will partner with colleagues and cross-functional teams in EMEA and worldwide. You will show exceptional strength in driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales programs, business management, execution, and developing C-level relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets per segment
Lead and motivate staff to achieve targets and improve customer service with clients
Cultivate lasting C-level relationships with customers to grow loyalty
Support Lenovo’s transformation to a services and solution-led business by coaching the core services and extended account teams
Achieve revenue and profitability objectives for Lenovo while driving growth across various offerings
Position Requirements:
7+ years of senior services sales and people management experience
Strong background in services and solution sales with financial acumen and business management skills
Drive a solution-selling mindset and support extended teams to apply solution-selling skills
Ability to orchestrate an extended team of direct reports and support functions to create end-to-end customer solutions

ONLY FOR SLOVAKIA The base salary is 7.808 EUR per month OTE (On-Target Earnings) including a 30% incentive component. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum; it all depends on your experience!
You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.
SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers’ stronger preference for sustainability services. Meanwhile, SSG has continued to invest in software tools, platforms, and repeatable vertical solutions with our own IP, and focus on vertical solutions in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and Smart City. We are expanding TruScale as a Service to include Digital Workplace Solutions, developing our Hybrid Cloud solutions, and exploring Metaverse solutions.
