Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes
· Conduct research to identify and evaluate potential merger and acquisition targets, and responsible for commercial due diligence
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives
· Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, and recommend adjustments as needed
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Global Management or a related field.
· At least 8 or more years of experience in corporate strategic planning, market intelligence, mergers and acquisitions, or related fields in IT Services.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to senior leadership and stakeholders.
· Proven track record of leading and executing successful strategic initiatives.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Experience in a Fortune 500 IT Services organization is preferred
· English and Chinese fluency in both speaking and writing will ensure the candidate is best positioned for success in this role
