Description and Requirements


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Intern to join our dynamic B2B sales team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, customer relationship management, and business development strategies in a professional B2B environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining sales records.
  • Collaborate with account managers to handle client inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Update and manage CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer data.
  • Support the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Help organize and participate in client meetings, webinars, and trade events as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Interest in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
