Description and Requirements

The Sales E-comm, AM will be focused on manage day-to-day ecommerce activities of our website and marketplaces.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Uploading and register products on the ecommerce platform 
  • Conversion rate and performance 
  • Improvement initiatives, and functionality optimization 
  • Contribute to successful results and sales targets 
  • Stock planning and strategy 
  • Implementing promotions & prices 
  • Monitoring the main KPIs (Sales, Operation and Marketing) 
  • Technical tests and platform configurations 
  • Marketing Support: Test links, formatting to ensure error free emails and online advertising, help to develop and test new online marketing channels. In addition, this person will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, and the Product team, to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales and profitability through online experience.
 REQUIREMENTS:
  • Large experience in the area 
  • Bachelor's degree, further graduation is a plus
  • Experience within Ecommerce
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Advanced English skills 
  • Hybrid format (3x office, 2x home office) in São Paulo, SP
