Description and Requirements
1. Key partner to Business head (KA+GA) on the Business Strategy/Transformation (Incl GTM and One Lenovo) and Org Structure to support the Business Strategy, implement identified actions to drive the Strategy
2. Data Analytics and generating business insights to identify risk and opportunities to achieve Financial Targets/Objectives
3. Driving key priorities, owning the business management system, the cadence & monitoring the key metrics for the REL business in collaboration with the REL Segment leader
4. Driving business hygiene (Pipeline creation) & the named account database management
5. Reporting & Dashboarding – creation of Daily sales reports, other relevant reports & data cuts including the automation of these reports
6. Organize & Control the BMS & the inputs coming from larger stakeholders like sales, Product team & finance etc.
7. Sales incentive management – E2E ownership of sales incentive process
8. People Management - Instruct / Guide / train and appraise the work of 2 regular resources & 2 contract resources who manage operations for different parts of the REL business
