Description and Requirements

Employer: FCNT, LLC
Work location: Sanki-Yamato Building, 7-10-1 Chuo-rinkan, Yamato, Kanagawa; Smoking: Not allowed in the office
Employment condition: Permanent Staff (Probation period: 6 months)
Overtime allowance: Not applicable
Expected salary: Depending on the current salary and experience of candidate
Working hours: 9:15-18:00 (Rest time: 1 hour (12:00-13:00))
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, year-end holiday, established anniversary day, special holiday, and compensatory holiday

About Organization: 
Sales Promotion/Go to Market (SP/GTM) specialist is a position to lead and drive strategy, tactics, and execution of sales promotion to achieve FCNT business goals.

The position requires ability to think strategically and logically, drive projects powerfully, and communicate and negotiate with various stakeholders to contribute to raise sales.

Roles and responsibilities:
The expected duties are as follows, but we will flexibly decide depending on the suitability of the candidate.

<Responsible business area>
  • SP/GTM with goal to maximize sales for FCNT products (mainly smartphone)

<Core roles>
  • Build strategies for SP/GTM to maximize sales
  • Plan and execute SP/GTM activities
  • Plan and execute in-store activities
  • Evaluation of activities and analysis on sales records

Requirements
Must have - essential
  • More than 3 years of experience in sales promotion (including sales promotion planning & execution, POSM production, etc.)
  • Project management & communication skills to work effectively and efficiently with various stakeholders 
  • Knowledge and skill of sales promotion
  • Logical thinking skill
  • Communication skill (negotiation, presentation, building effective relationship) in both Japanese (and English preferred)
Nice to have
  • Experience of Sales promotion planning, execution and evaluation in business company
  • Experience in smartphone industry
  • Data analysis skill
Ideal candidate
  • Experience in sales promotion position at smartphone manufacturer, communication carrier or distributor
  • Experience in promotion/event/production company who works with communication carrier
