We are currently looking for a Sales Telco Executive that will be responsible for handling assigned telco operator.

In this role, we are seeking an experienced Sales Telco Executive reporting to Motorola Poland, General Manager and being part of our Motorola Sales team in Poland.


Your key responsibilities will be: 

  • Manage the Sell In process with your partner via the appointed distributors;
  • Build yearly Business case and strategy for your key account
  • Support the Sell Out process to achieve the partner KPI;
  • Manage Inventory and take appropriate measurements to avoid excess or out-of-stock situations;
  • Achieving / overachieving quantitative and qualitative targets on a regular base;
  • Create and execute the Marketing Initiatives and Sales Programs needed to increase market share with your partner;

 

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales position in the mobile industry
  • Have experience in selling products to carrier, retail, and distribution channels;
  • Experience in bringing new products to the market and a proven track record of having worked with multiple-level contacts;
  • Success in growing existing accounts and demonstration of a successful track record of selling products through a channel;
  • Entrepreneurial personality with the ability of influencing others and superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent level of English
  • Driving License and willingness to travel
