Summary
The International Sales Organization (ISO) Sales Enablement Academy (SEA) charter is to ensure Lenovo’s teams of sellers have the skills, knowledge, and behaviors needed to be the premier sellers in Lenovo’s Channel and Customer-facing markets.
As an ISO SEA Content Developer, you are responsible for developing course content and varied learning assets, such as but not limited to Job Aids, Case Studies, or Instructor and Participant learning guides.
Members of the SEA team are highly collaborative and quality-focused with the singular goal to build one of the best Learning and Development organizations in the industry.
As a member of this team, you bring insight, innovation balanced with practicality, and ingenuity.
Minimum requirements
- 2 – 5 years experience developing courses and other types of learning content
- 2 – 5 years using authoring tools and other learning-related software tools, such as but not limited to simulation capture or video
- 2 years experience working in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to build credibility and productive relationships with ISO SEA team members and internal partners across Lenovo’s world -wide geographies
- Ability to work in a changing and evolving work environment
- Good communication skills
The following are not required, but welcome:
- Experience developing content for sales
- Experience using Articulate/Storyline
Education requirements
- Minimum requirement: Degree in Education
- Optional requirement: Advanced degree in Instructional Design (not Instructional Technology)
