Description and Requirements

Today we are seeking at Lenovo Germany for our Global Telco Accounts division a Retention and Development Inside Sales Representative


  • Development and retention accounts for some of Lenovo’s largest and most complex Global customers.
  • Uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full catalogue of Lenovo's products and selling against the competition.
  • Maintain the catalog configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone.
  • Global ISRs will work and lead the entire account team within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management.                        


  • Excellent German and English verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Other foreign languages could be a benefit
  • ·Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, information technology or similar subjects, (preferred but not a must)
  • Advanced skills in MS-Office, Outlook, Customer Relationship Software and
  • A strong personality with the desire to exceed targets
  • Ability to build relationships with customers
  •  Flexible, self-starter with a can-do attitude
  •  History of delivering outstanding results under pressure
