Description and Requirements

The Worldwide Product Manager will be responsible for responsible for driving AI-Optimized Server offerings. As a Product Manager you will work with team members worldwide from Marketing, Sales and Operations to develop and deliver new offerings that solve customer pain points and grows Lenovo’s AI server business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Defining product features that meet the growing demand for AI solutions in the market
  • Developing and implementing the product roadmap that defines product requirements based on collaboration with customers, internal stakeholders, plus key partners and vendors
  • Ability to drive the offering delivery team to successfully deliver innovative new products on time, at the targeted cost and with the committed capabilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly to market changes, new technologies and to adjust strategies accordingly
  • Ensure successful product launches by engaging with the product marketing managers for go-to-market activities and deliverables
  • As part of effective new product introductions create product disclosures and competitive analyses with which to train sales teams
  • Regularly interlock with Segment and Geography product and sales teams to monitor business results and provide support for opportunities as needed.
  • Ensure that the offerings’ financial goals are met by managing the associated financial metrics and initiate corrective actions if necessary

Job Requirements:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in technology product management, product marketing or related fields – Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • IT industry experience and technical marketing skills preferably with Enterprise server solutions, preferably AI experience
  • Proven track record managing enterprise products for mature & emerging markets at a global technology company 
  • Strong Oral and Written Communicator – Ability to get the point across
  • Develop, deliver and articulate key value proposition for your products
  • Self-motivated but comfortable in a team environment while also independently delivering individual results
  • Ability to present to and influence senior management and key stakeholders across the organization
