- It needs to drive the strategy & road-map of potential innovation, applications or new business model for global eComm to seize the opportunities of sales increase, customer services improvement, operations efficiency optimization
- Defines the global eComm incubation projects pipeline, align with eCommerce stakeholders for business model, plan, measurements, prioritization
- Manages & works with incubation PM, DT, IT, eComm function teams, Geo sales & Global web hubs for the requirements, development, delivery, testing & launch plan/practices and post launch performance reporting & review
- Scale the global expansion based on the success of piloting projects
- Another part job, responsible of the partnership between Lenovo BUs & global eComm, this role needs to be the focal in between other BUs & Global eComm in terms of coordination of existing collaborations in 4P, digital marketing & digitization services, seek & drive more value adds for internal synergy based on the existing services & location benefit
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in online marketing and/or eCommerce company
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience in eComm business strategy, project/program management. Experience in boarder incubation organization is a plus
- Demonstrated experience defining strategy, roadmap, managing projects across functional teams, including engineering, merchandising, design, marketing, and business/product operations
- Excellent communications in English & working experience in international organization
- Experience in innovation, incubation areas is a Plus
