Description and Requirements

Lenovo is looking for a seasoned Solution Architect to design and deliver custom, cost-effective service solutions. You'll work closely with our sales teams, customers, and delivery partners to develop solutions for RFPs, RFQs, and opportunities, ensuring we meet customer needs with services like Modern Management, Service Desk, Unified Endpoint Management, Asset Recovery, and DaaS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and Lenovo Services Delivery Partners to scope requirements and define delivery strategies that provide the best overall solutions.
  • Develop tailored services solutions in alignment with customer needs.
  • Lead the full opportunity lifecycle, from initial scoping to solution delivery.
  • Create compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts (SOWs).
  • Negotiate and document requirements with partners and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business growth within the services group.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of IT services experience, with 8+ years in solution development and costing (Managed Services, UEM, Service Desk, DaaS).
  • Proven track record in the IT services industry, particularly with End User devices.
  • Strong contract and risk management experience.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Expertise with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
