About the organization and team:
• SSG’s Services sales team leads the P&L for Services, Software and Solution sales for India
• work closely with IN Segment/BU Heads as well as the regional sales teams.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
• Drive Lenovo consumer services sales and penetration across India, aligning with strategic objectives and achieving revenue and profit targets.
• Collaborate closely with area managers and the sales team to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals through effective resource deployment.
• Manage and optimize multiple sales channels (Online and Offline), implementing best-in-class practices for seamless operations and partnerships.
• Act as the voice of the customer, using insights to enhance customer experience (CX) and improve business strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, business partners, key accounts, and Large Format Retailers (LFR).
• Expertise in leveraging digital marketing strategies to drive demand generation, enhance customer engagement, and support strategic initiatives through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Competencies Needed:
• Demonstrated excellence in sales and marketing roles with a proven track record of success.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Services & Solutions business in a Technology OEM environment, with a pan-India perspective.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end customer sales journey, with the ability to identify and maximize demand creation opportunities in both offline and online ecosystems.
• Extensive experience in retail operations and channel partner engagement.
• Confident, fearless, and articulate communicator with the ability to inspire collaboration and drive alignment across the organization.
Team Collaboration:
• India Consumer Business Unit and sub-segment sales
• India Leadership team, and AP Services Leadership team
Previous Experience:
• 10+ years of experience
• Good track record of Retail sales & marketing
• Work experience in IT/ITes industry
• Understanding of key RTMs and channel partner ecosystem in the IT/ITes space
Qualifications:
• MBA/ Graduate from top colleges
