We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Services Professional & Specialist to join our team. As a leader for Software & Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to our customers & partners in leveraging Microsoft Cloud Support Provider, Sentinel One, Absolute and other key SW solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling Software & Services solutions National India role or large markets like West India .He/She should have strong technical expertise and exceptional customer connect and selling skills.
Responsibilities:
Sales : Responsible for the SW & Services quota . Will work with extended sales org/ Partners and Technology Partners to seed opportunities and eventually sell.
Account management: Develop strong relationships with Customers, acting as their trusted advisor. Regularly assess and evaluate their evolving needs, providing recommendations for enhancements, upgrades, and new features to optimize their investments.
Channel Partner Management: Develop strong relationships with Partners to work with them on opportunities, Implement sales promotions Plans for achievement of revenue targets, New partners development,
Planning & implementing marketing strategy to increase product awareness as well as sales,
Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitor’s activities
Stay up-to-date with Technologies: Continuously expand and update your knowledge of SW products, services, and best practices. Keep track of the latest industry Pricing trends and innovations related to Microsoft Cloud Support Provider & other Cyber Security offerings.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 12+ Y of hands-on experience in Microsoft Cloud Support Provider solutions Or Cyber Security Products in India Mkt. Min quota handled should be > $20 M PA
