Description and Requirements

Lenovo UAE is growing and we are hiring for a Services Sales Executive to drive the region's commercial activity in the managed and professional services field. In this position you will join an international team and report to our Services & Solutions Market Lead META.


Your main responsibilities include to:

  • Manage the End-to-End customer relationship to transact complex services solutions
  • Collaborate with a high performing team to design a solution that maximizes value for the customer and Lenovo; 
  • Manage a high value services pipeline and identify and create sales strategies and opportunities that generate additional revenue and upsell
  • Identify & qualify a broad range of opportunities together with the account teams
  • Establish a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with clients and develops a deep understanding of the unique business needs
  • Support Lenovo in building out the professional services footprint
  • Manage customer expectations and supports bridging requirements into the solutioning and delivery teams
  • Act as an interface for local Sales teams, Business Partners and Key Stakeholders

What you bring:

  • 5+ years experience of services/ solutions selling in the IT domain; experience leading large deals especially complex deployment solutions; effective territory & account management: planning, opportunity qualification and creation etc
  • Ability to be a thought leader and trusted advisor to our customers; Ability to articulate and present the business value of Lenovo's Services solutions and have a firm understanding of industry strategies and products
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, be a disruptive thinker and have experience of driving cultural change in organizations
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs
  • Business fluency in English & Arabic
