Description and Requirements
We are looking for a new Solution Sales Executive for our Sales Specialist Team.
You will be the owner of your territory and will focus on customer acquisition and retention to sell Lenovo products, services, and solutions to end customers. You will be responsible for discovering opportunities and selling the benefits of the full catalog of Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (servers, storage, edge computing, HPC clusters, hyperconverged solutions). You will champion the innovative power of our products by driving sales with key customers to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. You understand Lenovo's portfolio of award-winning products and will develop strategies to acquire new customers and implement the best solutions. In terms of organization - you will report to Field Account Senior Sales Manager.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Manage your territory:
- Manage your sales territory and accounts engagement to ensure sufficient opportunities to meet and exceed quota targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with Account decision makers, decision influencers, key business partners and influencers in your territory.
- Develop long term sales pipeline and relationships to increase Lenovo's revenue.
- Build complex sales strategy to ensure both long- and short-term goals, objectives and quotas are met.
- Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives.
- Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, including the C-level by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
Close deals:
- Sell complex products or solutions to customers on a partnership basis.
- Ensure that products, services and solutions recommended to clients will fulfill their needs with the help of dedicated technical specialists.
- Configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support.
- Maintain expertise on typical budgets, objectives, measures, and metrics of the customer's leadership team.
- Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
- Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management to reach high performance goals.

- Ability to penetrate new accounts, acquire and close opportunities
- Excellent verbal/ written communication skills in French and English language
