Description and Requirements
We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative to support our sales teams across EMEA and optimize our services sales processes. This role involves creating contracts, proposals, and special offers, as well as managing contract reports.
Responsibilities:
* Drive service sales opportunities (renewals, winbacks) via phone and email.
* Work with internal teams (sales, pricing, order management) and external partners (clients, Lenovo Business Partners).
* Identify and qualify opportunities using Lenovo tools.
* Achieve financial targets and personal KPIs.
* Provide lead generation support and follow up on opportunities.
* Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting.
Qualifications:
* German speaker (Bilingual or Native)
* Experience in Inside Sales (Server/Storage services is a plus).
* Strong phone and email communication skills.
* Understanding of the services business.
* Motivated for cold-calling and lead generation.
* Familiar with MS Office and sales tools.

The base salary is 1,750 EUR per month, with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of 30,000 EUR annually, which includes a 30% incentive component.
