Description and Requirements
We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Software Account Representative to play a key role in supporting our sales teams across EMEA and optimizing our services sales processes. Candidates will be responsible for creating contracts, special offers, contract reports, proposals and contract packages for the Data Centre Group EMEA.
Our new Inside Sales Account Representative will work with clients across EMEA, and in addition, he or she will:
- have similar experience in Inside Sales (selling Services into the Server/Storage space is a big advantage).
- work with field partners and end-user customers mainly in English
- identify and qualify services opportunities using a variety of Lenovo pricing and inventory management tools.
- receive incoming leads through campaigns, business development reports, end-user customers and field partners.
- grow and close services opportunities via the telephone and email which protect existing revenue sources as well as drive new ones.
Interactions:
The team will interact with Sales teams, internal customers (e.g. pricing, order management) and external customers / Lenovo Business Partners (10%)
This position is dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers.
Position Requirements:
- Equivalent professional work experience in inside sales / tele sales
- Able to negotiate with clients and drive services sales (experience with data center services is a huge advantage).
- Understanding of services business
- Motivated attitude and comfort with cold-calling
- Fluent English

The base salary is 1,750 EUR per month, with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of 30,000 EUR annually, which includes a 30% incentive component.
