Description and Requirements
Join us as a Solutions & Services Sales Executive to drive Lenovo’s business transformation. Reporting to the UK&I Solutions & Services Group Leader, you'll navigate the evolving workplace by providing innovative hardware and cloud solutions, along with Global Product Services and Hybrid Cloud Services.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide specialist support to customer Account Management teams, owning customer relationships to drive demand and execute complex service solutions.
Build and coordinate a high-performing team to design solutions for customers and Lenovo.
Develop and implement sales strategies, focusing on larger deals, primarily for digital workplace solutions.
Identify and qualify opportunities with account teams, building professional relationships with clients to understand their unique needs.
Manage customer expectations and facilitate communication between customers and solution delivery teams.
Act as a liaison for local Sales teams, Business Partners, and Key Stakeholders, including Lenovo’s executives.
Ensure opportunities follow mandated deal governance, maintaining financial health and alignment with Lenovo’s growth strategy.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience selling professional and managed IT services to the corporate segment.
Effective territory and account management, planning, opportunity qualification, stakeholder communication, and pipeline management.
Ability to present and pitch to a wide range of stakeholders, from CXO to Technical to Finance.
Proven track record of leading large IT projects, including consulting, pre and post-sales transformational IT services, and IT design and build projects.
Ability to articulate and present Lenovo's business value and understand industry strategies and products.
Experience leading large and complex deals.
Familiarity with selling security, sustainability, and Generative AI solutions is advantageous.
