Description and Requirements

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a North America OEM and EDGE AI Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and drive sales of our products, solutions and services.

As an OEM and EDGE AI Sales Manager at Lenovo, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for the strategic development and execution of sales initiatives for our solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of technology, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for our OEM and EDGE AI solutions, including defining target markets, setting revenue goals and building a world class team.

Lead Generation: Drive the team to proactively identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach, while also managing and optimizing inbound leads.

Client Relationships: Assist the team in build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their unique needs and effectively presenting solutions that address their challenges.

Partner Relationships: Cultivate and nurture enduring reseller and alliance relationships by gaining a deep understanding of their specific requirements and proficiently offering solutions that grows our business together.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

Sales Presentations: Assist the team in conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and advantages of our smart collaboration solutions.

Quoting and Negotiation: Lead the team in prepare and deliver quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales deals while ensuring they align with the company's objectives and profitability targets.

Pipeline Management: Maintain a detailed sales pipeline, consistently updating it with accurate information on prospects, opportunities, and deal stages.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless client experiences and product enhancements. 

Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the leadership team, outlining progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience.
  • Sales management experience, with a focus on technology, software solutions or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated Leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of OEM and Edge AI technologies and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven and motivated by exceeding sales targets.
