Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution: Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Technical Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and stakeholders, to drive project delivery. Understand the big-picture and the system level to answer questions and clarify requirements.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technical projects, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and issues.
Project Monitoring and Control: Track project metrics, identify deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 12+ years of experience in technical program management, software development, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technical architectures, and industry trends, with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts related to AI/ML, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs).
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Project Management Skills: Proven experience with project management tools (e.g. Atlassian), techniques, and methodologies (e.g. Agile). PMP, PRINCE2, or another project management certification is a plus.
