Description and Requirements

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of smart device manufacturing!

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Testing Engineer to lead and optimize testing processes for our cutting-edge smart products. This role is based in our Batam facility and offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative technologies in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What you will be doing: 

  • Lead the implementation of new product test solutions and ensure smooth transition to mass production.
  • Drive test efficiency, coverage improvements, and downtime reduction initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance to technicians on test station software, debugging, and maintenance procedures.
  • Estimate and implement new test technologies, including compliance with NUDD requirements.
  • Support BO2 activities and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve testing challenges.

What we are looking: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Science, Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in testing and manufacturing of mobile phones, tablets, or other smart devices.
  • Strong understanding of baseband, RF, audio, display, camera, and other smart device functions in a production test environment.
  • Proficient in GR&R, CP/CPK, NTF, and FTY methodologies.
  • Good command of English (CET-4 or above) in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
