Description and Requirements

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Junior Data Analyst to join our Smart Operations team. The ideal candidate will analyze supply chain data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve our supply chain processes.

This is a full-time opportunity that will work in our Monterrey office,  and some team-work with China located members

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support supply chain decision-making.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key supply chain metrics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights.
  • Perform statistical analysis and modeling to make forecasts or identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data analysis solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, IT, Math, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, and/or Python.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or experience in supply chain or data analysis.
  • Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • A willingness to embrace new ideas and technologies.
