Description and Requirements

Job description:

  • Support service parts supply chain throughout material lifecycle to hit part availability level target and pipeline inventory turnover target
  • Demand forecasting based on multiple points ( global view and country view) ,country seasonality & products
  • Decide safety stocking level based on different scenario, including new buy, allocation, rebalance & E&O
  • Manage supplier shortages to ensure all shipment schedule will come in time to meet the materials plan
  • Manage recovery actions and expectations with peer groups, especially with countries peer groups to collect customer feedback and requirement
  • Resolve any issues related with Shipment, Invoices, MD update within the agreed SLA
  • Be EOSL lifecycle focal point to deal with all issues during the period and turn off supply to customer without any issue
  • Work with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities
  • Review with management on organizational KPIs & improvement activities

Candidate qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business/Operations/Engineering/Computer Science/Math/Statistic
  • At least 3 years’ experience in planning & purchasing role
  • Excellent English skills in speaking, listening and writing
  • Excellent affinity for data analysis
  • Good communication skills and be able to understand complex issues
  • Able to deliver operational results and ability to drive issues to closure
  • Strong working knowledge in supply chain concepts, demand forecasting & materials planning and working with parts suppliers
  • Good computer skills MS office applications, SAP knowledge is plus
  • Previous experience in MNC is preferred
