Description and Requirements

Responsabilites:
  • Track candidate information and maintaining up-to-date candidate status information.
  •  Maintaining internal and external job postings.
  •  Consult/advise managers on overall hiring process, collaborate on job requisition details and creation, and initiate recruiting process with robust intake session with hiring managers.
  •  Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods and understand predictive impact of applied strategies
  •  Effectively screen and interview candidates to meet client needs
  •  Effectively negotiate and communicate offer to successful candidates
  •  Build strong relationships with hiring Managers to ensure hiring requirements are met
  •  Responsible for special projects and/or process improvement efforts as needed.
  •  Ensure positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process
  •  Send candidate correspondence and follow-up, including offer paperwork, and new hire information
  •  Ensuring confidentiality with all sensitive matters
 Skills:
 Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
 3 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition (at least)
 Prefer experience with Applicant Tracking System and knowledge of recruiting process
 Advanced level skill with Microsoft Office suite
 Ability to multi-task and prioritize
 Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
 Self-directed individual who has a proven ability to problem solve, drive results, and demonstrate excellent follow-up skills with a strong customer service focus.
 Advanced English level (oral and written).
Availability to work on a hybrid model.
