Description and Requirements

As a Global Technology Leader Lenovo is constantly growing and transforming. This creates opportunities to work on complex and highly visible projects.

We are looking for an experienced IT hiring professional to temporarily join our EMEA Team and support our Services and Solutions Group (SSG).

This is a young business, which is already the leading force in revenue and therefore hiring is a key component to making it successful. Joining us, you will have the chance to enhance your project management, influencing and negotiating skills, while adding value on a high corporate level.

This is a 6 month contract opportunity with the possibility to be prolonged.


Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand and meet hiring needs.
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and conducting phone screenings.
  • Take ownership of the candidate experience by managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
  • Facilitate the offer process, ensuring alignment with business and HR strategies.
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
  • Manage strategic hiring projects and initiating the hiring / brand campaigns 

As an ideal candidate you should meet the following requirements:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a preference for experience in hiring across EMEA and IT focused hiring.
  • Ability to make decisions independently while collaborating effectively with business and HR partners.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to manage a wide range of relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Knowledge of diverse sourcing methods.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 3000 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience!
