Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 主导跨部门复杂技术项目的全生命周期管理，制定涵盖范围、时间、成本、质量的完整项目计划。

2. 跟踪项目整体进度，及时识别项目风险（如延期、技术瓶颈、需求变更等），并制定针对性应对方案。

3. 领导团队开展系统需求分析，制定详细的技术规格书及系统设计方案。

4. 跟踪系统设计过程中的各类问题，协调跨部门团队开展问题分析与解决工作，确保项目按时推进。

5. 全面负责AI各研发项目的技术管理与项目管理工作。

6. 与MKT市场部门紧密协作，精准理解客户需求并将其转化为具体的技术实现方案。

7. 带领团队评估各类技术方案，筛选最优方案并推动落地实施。

8. 与硬件、软件、测试、ODM等相关部门紧密配合，协调各类资源，保障项目顺利推进。

9. 推动团队协作流程优化，持续提升工作效率。


岗位要求：

1. 具备8年以上技术项目管理经验或相关领域工作经验，有硬件或新设备（智能硬件、IoT）开发经验者优先，拥有成功带领团队完成多个项目开发的经历。

2. 关注新市场动态，对相关领域创新抱有浓厚兴趣和深入了解。

3. 具备丰富的系统设计问题分析与解决能力，能够领导团队开展复杂问题的分析工作。

4. 能够适应快节奏工作环境，具备较强的多任务处理能力。

5. 具备良好的英语沟通能力，可顺利开展跨区域、跨文化交流合作；拥有强烈的团队合作意识、创新思维及一定的抗压能力。

6. 持有PMP等项目管理认证者优先。
