Lenovo’s Cloud Service Provider (CSP) team is looking for a Technical Program Manager with a server hardware engineering background to lead system integration programs for our North American hyperscale customers. What You’ll Do
As a TPM, you’ll own the full lifecycle of server rack solution programs—from concept to launch and beyond. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, quality, and factory teams across the globe to deliver high-performance, customer-centric solutions.
Program Leadership
- Drive end-to-end program execution, including NPI and sustaining phases.
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
Customer Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for North American hyperscale customers.
- Translate customer goals into actionable plans and ensure alignment throughout the program.
- Build trusted relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with global teams in the US, Taiwan, and beyond to align priorities and resolve challenges.
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality to ensure seamless execution.
Technical Expertise
- Understand server architecture and components: compute, storage, GPU, networking, and cooling.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to meet customer-specific design needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry and customer standards.
Reporting & Process Optimization
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in program processes and execution.
- Manage budgets, including NRE and material costs.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- 8+ years of technical program management experience in server or hardware development.
- Experience managing complex programs for enterprise or hyperscale customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hyperscale customers and server ecosystems
- Familiarity with North American data center standards and regulatory compliance.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work across time zones.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
