Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
· Helps Fulfillment Center staff achieve daily company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results.
· Enforces company policies and guidelines.
· Trains and cross-trains employees/team.
· Implements cost-saving strategies and techniques.
· Ensures that production plans are completed by a certain time.
· Engages appropriate resources to get desired production results.
· Work with team on how to achieve an optimal output or workflow.
· Work with Engineer to escalate technical issues.
· Communicates with and assists other departments as needed.
· Evaluates the condition of production equipment.
· Maintains a clean and safe environment for all workers.
· Compiles and analyzes production records.
· Ensure focus is placed on critical needs and closed daily.
· Utilizes SAP System to create weekly scrap order and keep inventory up to date.
· Utilizes SOCC system to maintain Lumos support
· Ensure team performs all tasks with excellence and accuracy.
· Ship vendor part request shipment every week.
All other duties as assigned by the Lenovo/USFC Management Team to include Supervisors, Leads, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
• Previous teaching certification a plus
• Flexible work schedule to support both shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
• HS or AA Degree/Trade Certificate preferred.
