Description and Requirements

岗位职责

1.UEFI相关的测试用例设计；

2.UEFI测试自动化开发；

3.UEFI整体测试方案设计和团队管理

岗位要求

1. 电子信息、计算机、软件工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历。

2. 5年以上UEFI开发或测试经验，具备2年以上测试自动化开发工作经验，在服务器原厂或ODM研发测试部门经历的优先考虑。

3. 熟悉服务器硬件、底层软件和常用协议，如CPU, Memory, PSU, MB, PCIe Gen1/2/3等；熟练掌握Linux操作系统，掌握Linux常用命令，准确定位系统问题；熟悉软件测试技能方法及流程规范，有丰富的软硬件测试经验，独立编写开发测试用例； 具备一种以上测试自动化开发的编程能力。

4. 具备良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能够与跨部门团队有效合作，共同推进项目进展。

5. 对新技术保持敏锐的洞察力，具备较强的学习能力和创新意识，能够快速掌握新知识、新技能，应用于实际工作中。
