Description and Requirements

职责描述:

1、 负责音频AI算法的部署，评测并优化深度学习算法至目标平台

2、 配合音频AI算法工程师，优化AI算法的模型大小及运行速度

3、 包括C/C++代码开发、DSP平台的移植与优化，基于NPU或CPU的NN模型部署与优化等；

4、 负责软硬件实现，性能调优，问题的分析与解决，使产品达到市场性能要求；

任职要求：

1. 声学、信号处理、自动化、通信、电子工程、计算机类，硕士及以上学历且三年工作经验；

2. 具有较强数学功底，有独立的理论分析、推导能力，熟练掌握数字信号处理、音频信号处理等学科理论知识，掌握机器学习等学科理论知识；

3. 熟悉音频算法基本原理；

4. 熟悉C/C++， CMake及各种平台编译工具

5. 熟悉深度学习基本运算单元（CNN, RNN）

6. 熟悉Tensorflow、Pytorch等机器学习框架，具有机器学习在音频领域应用经验；

7. 具有良好的英语阅读和书写能力；

8. 主动积极并具有团队合作精神，自我激励的能力，和良好的沟通技巧。
