We are currently looking for a Workstation Business Development Manager for the Global Account segment in Germany and Austria.

You will be integrated in the Workstation Business Unit, reporting to worldwide-, EMEA-leaders in Global Account Sales and to the local Workstation BU Leader, collaborating and supporting Sales-teams to grow Workstation products and solutions in the Global Accounts segment.
Your responsibilities are to:
- Identify & grow WS opportunities in dedicated Global Accounts (Fortune 500 category) to meet and exceed business revenue, margin and market share targets
- Drive end-to-end customer sales and solution opportunities together with the related sales teams
- Develop, maintain and execute Workstation account plans for dedicated Global Accounts in Germany and Austria
- Provide high level technical and solutions expertise (understanding of industry trends and critical success factors for customers)
- Build strong relationships with customer decision-makers, influencers, channel-resellers and related ISVs
- Build programs (together with product management team) to accelerate growth
- Work closely with Global Account Manager and Inside Sales Teams & product management team
What you bring:
- Proven track record in IT sales - focused on workstation products and solutions and selling of Added Value Solution in the hardware environment including workstation-based VDI
- Excellent interpersonal skills, build relationships which promote and enable a deep understanding of the customers' business goals and objectives
- High level of flexibility, self-reliance and proactivity
- University degree in business administration, information technology or Similar
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent presentation skills as well as knowledge of the MS suite
